Research work:
Professor Dragan Milutinović, as a researcher and a head, was involved in many domestic and international projects (NSF and EUREKA!) in the field of production engineering, industrial robots, parallel kinematic machines, flexible manufacturing systems, CAD/CAM, assembly automation and vision systems. He has designed and developed a larger number of machine and software systems in the field of robotics, flexible manufacturing systems, parallel kinematic machines, geometric modeling systems and vision systems. Of more than 170 references, 95 were presented at domestic and international meetings and published in international journals. The mentioned papers were cited more than 10 times in international journals. Some of the well known japanese names in the field of industrial robotics and production engineering appear as co-authors in some of those papers. Professor Dragan Milutinocić was a co-author in two domestic and in a chapter of one international monograph. Of the three recognized patents, two are international (Japan).
